Submitting your application:
Applications can be submitted in either of the following manner:
- You may download the application form as a PDF, fill it out electronically and send it as an attachment with your supporting documents to info@sullivanrenaissance.org. Please note: You need the latest version of Adobe Reader to fill out the form electronically and save it to your computer.
- You may download and print the application and fax it with your supporting documentation to 845-295-2746 or mail it to Sullivan Renaissance, Gerry Foundation, PO Box 311, Liberty, NY 12754.
- If you are unable to print or save the PDF application from the website, please call the Sullivan Renaissance office at 845-295-2445 to have one mailed to you. Microsoft Word versions of the application are also available upon request. Complete and mail back with your supporting documentation.

Solar Renaissance
Sullivan Renaissance partners with NYSERDA
Applications are due on Wednesday, March 24, 2010. Grants will be awarded on Thursday, April 15, 2010. At that time, communities will be given their Phase I check along with a project binder. The binder is an organizational tool, a place to document the project, fundraising efforts, youth involvement, before and after photos, and receipts. Note: receipts are mandatory and must be included and returned with the completed binder.
Additional support includes Renaissance Seminars, a Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce Merchant Discount card, project mentoring and site visits, technical assistance, and resource guides.Support to Groups in All Categories

Sullivan Renaissance Seminars
Renaissance Seminars help groups plan and develop their projects. Held approximately once a month, topics include: planning, starting new projects, volunteer recruitment, raising money, horticultural practices and application assistance.
