SULLIVAN RENAISSANCE GRANT APPLICATIONS AVAILABLE ON LINE
‘How to Fill Out the Application’ Seminar on March 5
February 15, 2008
[FERNDALE] – Communities interested in participating in the 2008 Sullivan Renaissance Grant Program can now complete the grant application forms directly on their computers. The 2008 grant applications are available for download from (http://www.sullivanrenaissance.org/participate/applications/) in a portable document format (PDF) with fillable form fields. Applications can be completed electronically and e-mailed to Sullivan Renaissance (along with any other required documentation) or printed out and mailed before the March 17 deadline.
New and returning groups can also get help in planning their projects and completing their paperwork during the “How to Fill Out the Application” seminar beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 5 at the CVI Building in Ferndale. At the seminar, Sullivan Renaissance staff and steering committee members will meet individually with groups to discuss project ideas and review paperwork. Space is limited, and pre-registration is necessary.
If requested, Sullivan Renaissance representatives will also visit communities at their convenience to explain the program and assist with the application process.
The 2008 Sullivan Renaissance program was unveiled during the Winter Conference and Expo earlier this month. Grant applications are due on Monday, March 17. Grants will be awarded at the Spring Forum on March 27 at 7:00 p.m. at the CVI Building in Liberty. Projects must be completed in August.
