Cost of the dinner is $28 per person, tax and tip included. Reservation deadline is November 6. The 6:00 p.m. reception includes the chef’s selection of elaborate hot and cold hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar. The 7:00 p.m. dinner offers a menu choice of prime rib of beef au jus, chicken Florentine, filet of salmon with dill sauce or vegetable lasagna.
